Eligibility
You must be 18+, provide a valid email, agree to this Agreement and the Privacy Policy, and not use bots, scripts, or fake identities.
Email verification
Verification is required; tokens expire in 48 hours. Resends are cooled down (e.g., 2 minutes) and may be disabled for abuse.
Invite codes & priority
Invite codes may expire or be limited. Waitlist position is non-binding and can be reprioritized based on jurisdiction, compliance, risk, or platform readiness. No guarantee of access, timing, or rewards.
Communications
By joining you consent to receive required transactional emails (confirmation, verification, access invitations, important notices). Marketing emails are sent only if you opt in separately.
Anti-bot & abuse protection
- Cloudflare Turnstile, rate limiting, and reputation checks
- Device/behavioral threat detection and possible silent denials
- Honeypot fields; automated or abusive entries may be blocked or removed
Prohibited activities
- Bots, scripts, mass signups, multiple emails per person
- Bypassing cooldowns or verification systems
- Reselling or trading waitlist positions or invite codes
- Interfering with the Waitlist or reverse engineering protections
Data usage & privacy
Personal data is processed per our Privacy Policy (email, anti-abuse metadata, Turnstile response). We do not sell or rent your data.
No guarantees
No guarantee of access, timing, financial rewards, or participation in real-money modes. Features may change.
Removal & termination
ChessBit may remove entries for violations, failed verification, jurisdictional restrictions, fraud signals, or bounced/unreachable email.
Changes
We may update this Agreement at any time; continued participation means acceptance.
Governing law
Governed by the laws of the Republic of Panama; disputes resolved in courts of Panama City, Panama.
