Play Chess for Money with Crypto – Fair, Transparent, On-Chain
ChessBit is real-money chess, built on skill. Set your stake, get matched fairly, and play behind serious anti-cheat — then withdraw your winnings.
When? A closed test is recruiting now — the waitlist is the way in, and perks grow the earlier you join.
Around 600M people play chess. Yet almost all prize money is concentrated in a tiny group of elite events, and only a handful of grandmasters can live off winnings. Compare this to poker or esports, where smaller player bases see far larger prize pools.

Earn lifetime revenue from every player you invite to the platform.
Activate a campaign, climb the leaderboards, or invite your circle. Every action moves you closer to real cashback and bonuses.
You earn a share of the platform fee every player you refer generates — for as long as they keep playing. Starts at 12%, and creators and community owners are quoted higher.
Assumes each player stakes $400 a month. An estimate, not a forecast — real commission follows how much they actually play.
Head-to-head matches are only half of ChessBit. Tournaments put a whole field on the same prize pool — so a good run is worth far more than a single win.
Play as many games as you can
A set number of rounds, everyone plays them all
Some tournaments cost nothing to enter. Others take an entry fee that builds the prize pool — and we can add funds on top of it.
The pool is moved into escrow when registration seals, and only pays out once results are final. Prizes are not paid from a balance that could move underneath you.
Argus reviews tournament games before prizes are released. A payout can be held while a result is checked — we would rather pay a day late than pay a cheater.
Tournaments run at 1+0, 3+0 and 10+0. Entry can be limited by rating so a field stays competitive instead of turning into a farm.
We announce every tournament — including free-entry ones — on Discord and X before it opens. Nothing on this page is a promise of a specific event or prize pool.
From signup to payout, everything is built around fairness, transparency, and smooth UX.
Create your ChessBit account, confirm you’re 18+, and complete identity verification where required. This keeps the platform safe for everyone and helps us comply with AML and KYC obligations.
Add funds to your ChessBit balance using supported rails. Your balance powers your stakes — you decide how much to put on the line each session.
Browse lobbies by stake, time control, and approximate rating. Filter for your comfort zone — from casual micro-stakes to higher-stakes matches for true grinders.
Play your game. Behind the scenes, we’re running a combination of calibration data, engine comparisons, and behavioral signals to flag suspicious play and protect honest players.
When the result is confirmed, winnings are credited to your balance. Withdraw according to our payout rules and verification levels. No cloudy calculations, no hidden flips — just transparent, skill-based results.

A quick look at what ChessBit is — and what it isn’t.
ChessBit is a real-money, skill-based chess platform. Players compete in stake-based matches and structured prize pools, with anti-cheat protection, identity checks where required, and clear payout rules. It’s built to bring modern prize pool mechanics to the world’s oldest game.
How playing chess for money worksYou create an account, verify you’re allowed to play, add funds to your balance, and join or create matches with defined stakes and time controls. When a game finishes and the result is confirmed under our fair-play system, winnings are credited to your balance.
The full money mechanicsWe treat fair play as a first-class feature, not an afterthought. Every staked game is analyzed by Argus, our fair-play system — engine comparisons, statistical models, behavioral and device signals, with human review on anything ambiguous. Winnings sit in escrow until the game clears, and if you beat a caught cheater you get your stake back plus a bonus. Honest players should never feel like they’re playing against a machine.
How online chess cheating is detectedMatchmaking is designed around clear rating bands, stake ranges and time controls. You’ll be able to filter lobbies by your comfort zone and rating. Over time, we’ll use performance data and additional signals to keep matches competitive.
Chess ratings explainedWe run two formats. An Arena runs for a fixed length of time and re-pairs you as soon as your game ends, with bonus points for win streaks and for berserking. A Swiss runs a set number of rounds and pairs you against players on your score, with nobody knocked out. Entry is either free or a fixed fee; entry fees build the prize pool, which is moved into escrow and only paid out once results are final and fair-play checks have cleared. Every tournament is announced on Discord and X before registration opens.
We’re currently building and testing ChessBit with a small group of early users. We don’t announce a launch date until it is locked. Follow us on Discord or X — that’s where every date, tournament and reopening is announced first, and the banner at the top of this page always reflects where we actually are.
Every confirmed early access account will receive perks when ChessBit launches. These may include reduced platform fees, bonus balance boosts tied to play, priority access to new features, and other perks.
Remember: real-money play involves risk. You can lose some or all of the funds you stake. ChessBit is for adults (18+) only.
