The Referral Program

What You Earn

Every ChessBit account has a referral link and code, found in the Rewards section. When someone signs up through it, you earn 12% of the net revenue from their play: the platform fees they pay, minus any rewards we paid them that month (cashback, bonuses and prizes). It isn't a one-time bounty and it has no end date; you keep earning for as long as they play.

• You earn from the fee (our cut of each game), not from your referrals' deposits or losses. If your player wins constantly, you still earn.
• A month where a referral received more in rewards than they paid in fees earns nothing, and the shortfall is carried into the next month rather than lost.
• There's no cap on how many people you can refer.
• Creators and community owners can apply for a higher partner rate, quoted individually. See chessbit.io/affiliates.

How Attribution Works

• Share your link, or give people your code to type in at signup. The code is all capitals, so enter it exactly as shown.
• Attribution is first-touch and permanent: once someone registers as your referral, they stay your referral.
• Make sure they sign up in the same visit your link opened. The referral tag doesn't persist if they leave and come back another way, so a code typed at signup is the safer route.
• Forgot to add a code? Under Profile → Affiliate Code you can enter one in the first 24 hours after registering. Once it's saved it can't be changed.

When You Get Paid

1. Commission is worked out once a month. On the 1st, we total the previous month's net revenue for each of your referrals.
2. That amount sits on a 7-day hold, the window that lets fair-play reversals (a voided game) be unwound before money moves. So October's commission is available in the second week of November.
3. After the hold it lands in your affiliate balance, held per coin.
4. Transfer it to your main balance whenever the amount you're moving is worth $50 or more. The minimum applies to each coin separately, and from your main balance it withdraws like any other funds.

Until the first monthly run has happened, your commission shows as $0 even if your referrals are already playing.

Your Affiliate page shows clicks, sign-ups, the fees your referrals generate, your commission and your balance by coin, with a commission total for each referral. Transfers to your main balance appear under Transactions → Affiliate.

The Rules

• No self-referral. Signups sharing your device or network get flagged and held for human review.
• Referred players must be real people playing real games. Bot or incentivized signups forfeit the commission.
• Promoting ChessBit to under-18s or into countries where it isn't available ends the arrangement.
