How to Withdraw Your Winnings

Withdraw crypto from ChessBit to your own wallet — requirements, the email confirmation code, and what each status means.

What You Need Before Withdrawing

Level 1 verification (the same level that unlocks deposits).
Play through your deposits once: your total staked play must reach at least the amount you've deposited before withdrawals unlock. The withdrawal page shows your progress.
For your first withdrawal: at least $25 in lifetime deposits and an account older than 24 hours.
A minimum of $10 (USD value) per withdrawal.

Open the Wallet page and choose Withdraw.
Pick the coin, and for stablecoins pick the payout network (e.g. USDT on Ethereum, BNB Smart Chain, Polygon, Arbitrum or Tron).
Paste your destination address — double-check coin and network match.
Enter the amount and review the fee shown.
Confirm with the 6-digit code we email you. It expires in 10 minutes; every withdrawal requires one.
Submit. You'll get a transaction ID once the payout is broadcast.

Withdrawals to a wrong address or wrong network cannot be reversed. Send a small test amount first if you're unsure.

Pending — created, queued for our checks.
Processing — passed checks, payout being executed on-chain.
Completed — broadcast and confirmed; you have a TXID.
Failed — the payout didn't go through; the full amount returns to your balance automatically.

Stakes locked in an active game are excluded from your withdrawable balance until the game settles.
Most withdrawals process automatically. Some get a manual security review — new accounts, first withdrawals of $100+, larger amounts — which can take up to 24 hours. See Processing times.
At Levels 0–1 you can make up to 3 withdrawal requests per 24 hours.
Winnings from a just-finished game become withdrawable once our fair-play system clears the game — usually shortly after it ends.
