How long ChessBit withdrawals take — automatic processing, what triggers a manual review, and network confirmation times.
Withdrawals are processed automatically once they pass our security checks — typically within minutes. Some withdrawals get a manual review, which can take up to 24 hours.
A human looks at a withdrawal when it matches patterns like:
- Your first withdrawal, when it's $100 or more
- An account younger than about a week
- A new destination address you haven't withdrawn to before
- Amounts of $3,000+ (larger amounts can require a higher verification level)
- Many requests in a day (5+, or $7,500+ total in 24 hours)
None of these mean something is wrong — they're standard checks on a real-money platform. You'll be notified in-app when the withdrawal is approved.
Once broadcast, the usual confirmation times apply:

You get a transaction ID (TXID) to track it on a block explorer.
- A withdrawal held for verification stays paused until you complete the requested level — check the Verification tab.
- If a withdrawal fails, the full amount returns to your balance automatically; you can retry.
- If a withdrawal has been pending for more than 24 hours with no notification, open a ticket (in-app or on Discord) with the withdrawal amount, coin and time submitted.
