Before You Deposit

Deposits unlock after Level 1 verification — a short personal-details form, no documents. Until Level 1 is approved, the deposit page shows no addresses. See Verification levels and limits for what each level allows.

Step-by-Step Deposit Guide

  1. Log in and open the Wallet page, then choose Deposit.
  2. Pick the coin you want to deposit — BTC, ETH, LTC, SOL, TRX, BNB, USDT or USDC.
  3. Check the network label shown under the coin. USDT and USDC are accepted on Ethereum (ERC-20) only.
  4. Copy your deposit address or scan the QR code.
  5. Send the coin from your own wallet or exchange account, making sure the network matches.
  6. Wait for network confirmations — your balance updates automatically once the transaction is confirmed.

The coin and the network must both match what ChessBit shows. Tokens sent on the wrong network, or tokens we don't support (including SPL tokens on Solana), cannot be credited and are usually unrecoverable.

Your Deposit Address

  • Every account gets its own address per coin, and it stays the same — you can reuse it for future deposits.
  • No memo, tag or reference is needed on any supported chain. If your exchange asks for one, leave it empty.
  • We notify you the moment a deposit is detected on-chain, and again when it is credited after confirmations.

What Gets Credited

Deposits are credited in the coin you sent — a BTC deposit becomes BTC balance, an ETH deposit becomes ETH balance. Your balances are shown alongside their live USD value, and you can switch the display currency in settings.

Fees

ChessBit charges no deposit fee. You only pay your own wallet's network fee to send the transaction.

The Web3 wallet and card (MoonPay) deposit options shown in the app are marked "coming soon" — direct crypto deposits to your address are the live method today.
