Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit is $5 (USD value), in any supported coin.

If you send less than $5, the funds are not lost — the deposit is held instead of credited, and support can either credit it manually or return it. Open a ticket with your transaction ID if this happens.

Maximum Single Deposit

Single deposits above $10,000 (USD value) are held for a manual check before crediting. Nothing is lost — larger transfers just get a human look first.

Per-Level Deposit Limits

Your verification level sets how much you can deposit overall:

| Level | Per day | Per 30 days | Lifetime | |-------|---------|-------------|----------| | Level 1 — Basic details | $200 | $1,000 | $2,500 | | Level 2 — Identity check | $1,000 | $8,000 | $50,000 | | Level 3 — Proof of address | $10,000 | $50,000 | case-by-case | | Level 4 — Source of wealth | no platform cap | no platform cap | no platform cap |

A deposit that would pass a limit prompts you to complete the next verification level — see Verification levels and limits.

Limits are measured in USD value at the time of the deposit, whatever coin you send.
