When ChessBit Opens
ChessBit opens to everyone on Saturday 24 October 2026 at 14:00 UTC. From then on the app is open around the clock.
Before opening day the app opened only during Preview Nights, announced sessions where the waitlist played first. The last one was Saturday 17 October, so the next time the lobby opens is Opening Day itself. Until then the app shows "The lobby is closed", but your wallet, verification, profile and settings still work.
You can create your account at app.chessbit.io now, so you're verified and ready when the doors open.

How the Waitlist Works
Join with your email at chessbit.io and confirm it with the verification link. Links expire after 48 hours, and you can request a new one.
Waitlist members were invited to the Preview Nights first.
Register your ChessBit account with the same email you used on the waitlist and it starts on the Pawn loyalty tier instead of Newbie, so the weekly cashback on your fees starts from your first game. You'll get an in-app notification confirming it. See the loyalty program.

Waitlist spots are free and can't be transferred. Never pay anyone for "access", and remember ChessBit staff will never DM you first asking for money or codes.
