ChessBit is a platform where you play real chess against real people for real stakes. You and your opponent each put up the same stake in crypto, the winner takes the pot minus the platform fee, and every game runs under Argus, our fair-play system.
Chess has no dice and no house edge working against you — the better player wins. That's why ChessBit is a skill competition, not gambling: we run no games of chance, and the outcome of every game is decided entirely by the moves you and your opponent make.
- Stake — you both commit the same USD-value stake, which moves into escrow for the game.
- Play — Bullet (1+0), Blitz (3+0) or Rapid (10+0), matched by compatibility.
- Fee — ChessBit takes 10% of each player's stake (less at higher loyalty tiers). That fee is the entire business model — we make nothing from your losses.
- Payout — the winner is credited the pot minus fees once Argus clears the game. Draws return each stake minus its fee.
Deposit and withdraw in crypto — BTC, ETH, LTC, SOL, TRX, BNB, USDT and USDC — to and from your own wallet. Balances are held in the coin you deposited. Identity verification unlocks in stages: a short form to start playing, documents only as your volumes grow.
ChessBit is operated by CHESSBIT S.A., a registered Panamanian company, with public legal terms, an 18+ age gate, and staged identity verification. Full policies — Terms, Privacy, Fair Play, Responsible Gaming — are in the app and accepted at signup.
